NUEVA VIZCAYA ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE (NUVELCO), through its Bids and Awards committee (BAC), invites all accredited Contractors/Suppliers with the appropriate license and experiences in undertaking the following projects:

A set of Bid Documents will be issued to bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee. Bidder who fails to attend the Pre-Bid Conference will no longer be allowed to join the bidding proper.

Bid Documents may be obtained at the office of the NUVELCO BAC, Gabut, Dupax Del Sur, Nueva Vizcaya during office hours.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of Cash, Manager’s Check or Cashier’s Check in the amount equivalent to two percent (2%) of the total bid price. NUVELCO assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid. NUVELCO reserves the right to reject any or all bids without offering any reason, to waive any minor defects or infirmities therein or to accept such bid as maybe considered most advantageous and responsive to the NUVELCO.
